PostSubject: Consequences for Rule Infraction   Wed May 11, 2011 8:36 pm

It is our hope that everyone in the clan tries to follow the simple guidelines of keeping the clan respectful and family-friendly. However, we do have a system in place to deal with members who habitually or defiantly break any of the rules of the clan:

If a rule is broken by a member, The Immortals leadership will use the following process to tend to the matter and attempt to avoid future problems:

Matthew 18:15-17 (NIV) - "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.' If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector."

Member differences - Members are encouraged to personally work out their differences or contact an Officer for help.
1st Offense - Member is spoken to by one or more Officers
2nd Offense - Member is contacted by a clan leader.
Final Offense - Further disciplinary action will be discussed by the Officers and then issued.
